1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.

Processing times may increase during:

  • Product drops
  • Holidays
  • Sales events
  • High-volume periods

Submitting an order does not guarantee immediate shipment.


2. Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping speeds may vary depending on:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Regional disruptions

RevoltCloth is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.


3. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply
  • Orders returned to us may require repayment of shipping costs before reshipment

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once tracking shows a package as “Delivered,” RevoltCloth considers the order fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery disputes.


5. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties
  • Additional local charges

RevoltCloth has no control over customs processing times or fees.

Failure to pay customs charges resulting in returned packages does not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.


6. Shipping Delays

Unexpected delays may occur.

By purchasing from RevoltCloth, you acknowledge that shipping timelines are estimates and not contractual guarantees.

Chargebacks or disputes filed solely due to shipping delays may be contested with proof of shipment and tracking activity.


7. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or goes unclaimed and is returned to us:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from any approved refund
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for refused deliveries

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the packaging and item
  • Include your order number

Claims submitted without photo evidence may be denied.


9. Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking scans. Delays in tracking updates do not necessarily mean the package is lost.
