1. All Sales Are Considered Final Unless Eligible Below

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges simply because:

  • You changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong size
  • You no longer want the item
  • The item did not meet personal expectations
  • You failed to read the product description

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts, product details, and shipping timelines before checkout.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags and packaging must still be attached
  • Clear photo evidence must be provided

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.

3. Strict Inspection Process

Every returned item is inspected carefully.

If we determine that:

  • The item has been worn
  • The item smells of smoke, perfume, deodorant, or detergent
  • Tags were removed
  • The product was intentionally damaged
  • The customer caused the issue

…the return will be denied immediately and shipped back at the customer’s expense.

4. Sale Items & Limited Drops

All sale items, limited releases, collaborations, mystery boxes, and promotional items are 100% non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

No exceptions.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval depending on your payment provider.

6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Attempting fraudulent chargebacks, false “item not received” claims, or abuse of the return system may result in:

  • Permanent banning from RevoltCloth
  • Cancellation of future orders
  • Reporting to payment processors or fraud prevention services

7. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If an exchange is approved, replacement items are shipped only after the original item passes inspection.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, RevoltCloth is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

 

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A clear explanation of the problem
